We do not receive or store your full card number, CVV, or card PIN. We only receive confirmation that a payment succeeded or failed, and a transaction reference.
• Technical data — basic browser/device information and pages visited, collected automatically to keep the site working and secure.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To process and deliver your orders, and to contact you about them (including via phone and WhatsApp).
• To prepare quotations and respond to enquiries.
• To manage your Customer Portal account, including agent-assisted urgent orders placed on your behalf.
• To improve our catalog, service, and website.
• To meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. Who We Share Information With

• PayHere — Sri Lanka's licensed payment gateway, to process online card/wallet payments. PayHere has its own privacy policy governing how it handles your payment details.
• Delivery partners — where a courier is used for island-wide delivery, we share the recipient name, address, and phone number needed to complete delivery.
• We do not share your information with anyone else except where required by law.

4. Cookies

The site uses basic local browser storage to remember things like your cart contents and search preferences between visits. This data stays on your device and is not used for advertising or tracking across other websites.

5. Data Retention

We keep order and account records for as long as needed to fulfil orders, handle returns/warranty claims, and meet our tax and accounting record-keeping obligations under Sri Lankan law.

You can ask us to review, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by contacting us using the details below. We will respond as quickly as we reasonably can.
